This boat tour will board at the Little Current main dock from 9:30am - 9:50am. After an on-board welcome and safety briefing by our crew, we will depart at approximately 10:00am.
This 36-mile round-trip will begin by heading westward out of Little Current passing by Picnic Island and Narrow Island and then heading north up the Waubuno Channel. As we cruise along, we will provide you with some history and interesting facts about the area. As we press on you will begin to see these beautiful island formations of granite rock smoothly rising out of the water, some smaller and some grand. Soon, in every direction you look, you will see these picture-perfect smooth rocky shorelines with Ontario's renowned windswept pines elegantly swaying in the breeze. The South Benjamin Island is our destination of choice for you to explore. We arrive here at approximately 12:45pm, anyone who chooses can disembark to hike some of the area, take a dip in the lake or just sit on these smooth rocks and soak in the peaceful scenery.

Heading back at 3:00pm, we will take a different route back to Little Current. This will give you an opportunity to view some other islands in the area, such as the well known Clapperton Island. We will share some history of this area as well. You can again sit back and enjoy the sun, the fresh air surrounding Manitoulin Island and perhaps a pint from Manitoulin Brewing or Split Rail Brewing Company for the completely authentic Manitoulin experience!
Food and Beverage: Upon departure from Little Current coffee, tea and light pastries will be available. Before disembarking at the Benjamins, we will serve a BBQ meal consisting of hamburgers, sausages, salads, vegetable platters and all the fixings. Dessert trays and fruit platters will also be served. Drinking water, coffee and tea are included. Soda, juices and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. The bar accepts credit card and cash. Sorry, no debit aboard.
