This boat tour will board at the Little Current main dock from 11:30am - 11:45am. After an on-board welcome and safety briefing by our crew, we will depart at approximately 11:50am.

This special North Channel cruise begins by following the scenic Wuabano Channel before heading west across the North Channel toward the calm, crystal-clear waters surrounding Louisa Island. Along the way, guests will enjoy beautiful views of Northern Ontario’s rugged shoreline, quiet island passages, windswept pine trees, and the distant La Cloche Mountains. Upon arrival, guests will dock in the peaceful sheltered cove of Louisa Island, a privately owned island property accessible only by boat.

Once ashore, guests will have approximately 1.5 hours to enjoy the peaceful beauty of Louisa Island. Spend your time swimming in the clear water, relaxing on the natural sand beach, exploring scenic trails, walking the rocky shoreline, or simply taking in the quiet atmosphere of this hidden Northern Ontario gem. Listen to birds in the surrounding forest, watch gentle waves roll onto the beach, and enjoy a setting that feels worlds away from everyday life.

Louisa Island offers a true wilderness experience with the comfort and convenience of modern amenities. Guests can enjoy washroom facilities, food service, and a licensed bar while experiencing the natural beauty of this unique island setting. Total tour duration is approximately 4.5 - 5 hours, including travel time and approximately 1.5 hours ashore on Louisa Island.
